The Newstripe RollMaster 5000 Battery Powered Line Painting Machine is designed for large parking lots, factory floors and warehouse aisles. Its 5-gallon paint capacity lets you stripe up to 2,000 linear feet per filling, helping reduce refill interruptions and keep marking projects moving.

CRISP LINES WITHOUT PAINT OVERSPRAY

The roller-based painting system applies paint directly to the surface instead of spraying it through the air. This helps keep surrounding areas cleaner and allows you to stripe close to parked vehicles, walls and other obstacles, making it especially useful in busy facilities and confined marking areas.

BATTERY-POWERED OPERATION WITHOUT AN ENGINE OR COMPRESSOR

Powered by a 12V rechargeable battery, the RollMaster 5000 operates without a petrol engine or air compressor. Its quiet operation makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor striping where engine noise, exhaust fumes and spray mist are unwanted. The battery is sold separately, so make sure you have a compatible battery before use.

USE ECONOMICAL BULK PAINT INSTEAD OF AEROSOL CANS

Load paint directly from a standard 5-gallon pail to reduce dependence on disposable aerosol striping cans. The system supports suitable water-based paints, including latex and low-VOC formulations, with little or no thinning often required. Do not use solvent-based paint, and avoid lacquer, fast-drying or epoxy paints.

MECHANICALLY DRIVEN PUMP FOR SIMPLER CLEANUP

The low-pressure peristaltic pump transfers paint through tubing directly to the foam roller without the pump contacting the paint. This helps simplify maintenance and reduces paint-related pump-clogging concerns. After use, rinse the roller mandrel and paint-delivery tubes, and clean or replace the roller covers as needed.

CHOOSE THE ROLLER WIDTH FOR YOUR MARKING JOB

The included 4-inch roller kit supports general-purpose line marking, while compatible 3-inch and 2-inch rollers are available for different applications. The flexibility to change roller widths makes the RollMaster 5000 useful for warehouse aisles, parking spaces and other floor-marking layouts.

BUILT FOR EASY WALK-BEHIND OPERATION

The manual walk-behind design gives operators direct control over the line path without the complexity of an engine-powered striping system. Four 10-inch flat-free wheels support movement around parking lots and facility floors, while the compact design helps with transport and storage between jobs.

BUILT-IN BATTERY CHARGER AND 18-MONTH WARRANTY

The RollMaster 5000 includes a built-in battery charger and a 4-inch roller kit, helping simplify setup once a compatible 12V battery is available. Made in the USA, it comes with an 18-month manufacturer warranty, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
