Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
For made to order or specialty items, processing and lead times may vary depending on the manufacturer or current production volume. Estimated lead times will be listed on the product page whenever possible.

Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise noted. If your location requires special accommodations (limited access, lift gate service, or residential delivery), please contact us prior to shipping so we can make arrangements.
Transit Times
Transit times vary based on your location and the carrier.

We’ll provide tracking details once your order leaves the warehouse so you can monitor your delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
Before signing for your delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully.

If any damage or missing items are visible, note it directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos.

Report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
If damage is not reported within this timeframe, it may limit our ability to assist with replacement or repair.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@sullivanequipmentco.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Backordered or Delayed Items
If an item is backordered or delayed, we’ll notify you immediately and provide an estimated shipping date. You’ll have the option to wait for restock or request a full refund before the order ships.
