SPARK-RESISTANT DESIGN FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTE COMPACTION
The Newstripe PackMaster Spark Resistant Air Powered Compactor is designed for facilities that need efficient waste compaction with reduced spark potential around suitable hazardous work areas. Its contact surfaces feature spark-resistant aluminum cladding, helping reduce the risk of sparks during contact while compressing waste inside a drum.
REDUCE WASTE VOLUME AND DISPOSAL COSTS
Compact shop waste, packing materials, protective clothing, rags, gloves and filters directly inside a drum to reduce the space waste occupies. The PackMaster can help lower waste disposal and storage costs by up to 75%, supporting more efficient waste management and potentially improving recycling value.
3,500 LB COMPACTION FORCE WITH A 30-SECOND CYCLE
Powered by compressed air, the PackMaster delivers 3,500 lbs of compaction force at 125 PSI. With a minimum 100 PSI shop-air supply, its approximately 30-second compaction cycle helps process suitable waste quickly and consistently.
TWO-HANDED SAFETY CONTROL
The two-handed safety lever is designed to keep the operator's hands and face away from the compaction area during operation. Place the drum on the base, position the lift arm and operate the control to compact the contents, following all manufacturer instructions and workplace safety procedures.
FLEXIBLE DRUM COMPATIBILITY
The included 20-inch ram plate is designed for standard 55-gallon drums. For facilities using standard 30-gallon drums, an optional 17-inch ram plate is available separately. This flexibility helps adapt the compactor to your existing waste-handling setup.
