The Newstripe 4600 SP Airless Self-Propelled Striping Machine helps maintenance teams create crisp, professional lines across athletic fields, parking lots and paved surfaces. Its powered friction-drive system moves the machine forward without requiring you to push, reducing operator fatigue during long striping jobs.

SELF-PROPELLED DRIVE WITH VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL

Move across uneven surfaces and up inclines with the self-propelled friction-drive system. A simple drive lever engages the movement system, helping operators maintain control while covering large areas more comfortably and efficiently.

ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE UP TO 3,000 PSI

The high-pressure airless pump operates at adjustable pressures from 0 to 3,000 PSI, with a flow rate of 0.44 GPM. Its hydraulic-driven, non-pulsating design supports crisp line edges, while adjustable pressure helps control paint application for different marking requirements.

CREATE STRAIGHTER LINES ON DIFFERENT SURFACES

The four-wheel platform and 10-inch pneumatic tires support stability and manoeuvrability across surfaces ranging from smooth concrete to athletic-field turf. This design helps operators produce straight, consistent markings for regular sports-field maintenance and pavement striping.

LOAD PAINT DIRECTLY FROM A STANDARD 5-GALLON PAIL

The pump draws paint directly from a standard 5-gallon pail, reducing the need for separate paint-transfer equipment. The universal lid helps prevent spills, while the straightforward setup gets you ready to stripe with less preparation.

QUICK CLEANUP AND COLOUR CHANGES IN UNDER FIVE MINUTES

Spend less time cleaning between jobs. Replace the paint pail with one containing water or a suitable solvent for the paint being used, then flush the system. Newstripe states that cleanup and colour changes can be completed in under five minutes when the recommended procedure is followed.

REMOVE THE SPRAY GUN FOR STENCILS AND DETAILED MARKING

The quick-release spray-gun clamp lets you detach the gun for stencils, curbs and hard-to-reach areas. An included 25-foot hose provides extra reach for detailed work, while the optional rear flip-down swivel caster helps when spraying arcs and circles.

CHOOSE BETWEEN TWO ENGINE OPTIONS

Select the standard Briggs & Stratton XR 550 engine or upgrade to the Honda GX 120 configuration. Both options power the machine's airless striping system, letting you choose the engine package that suits your maintenance operation.
