Rooftop tents ship by freight. Standard shipping is $375 for most major freight service areas within the contiguous United States. Remote or limited-service locations may incur additional charges. Delivery is curbside, and freight transit typically takes 5-10 business days after carrier pickup. Transit times are estimates and do not include order processing.

2-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Rooftop tents may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original condition with the original packaging, hardware and accessories. Written return authorization is required before sending the item back, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
