The Newstripe EcoLiner SP Self-Propelled Field Striping Machine helps athletic-field crews mark playing surfaces with less physical effort. Its friction-drive system moves the machine across uneven ground and up inclines, making it a practical choice for schools, parks departments, sports complexes and youth leagues that regularly maintain large grass fields.
Place a standard 5-gallon pail of premixed athletic field paint directly on the machine and get started without transferring paint into a separate tank. The included pail simplifies preparation, while the removable design makes it easier to manage leftover paint after the job is finished.
The recirculating pump continuously mixes the paint to help prevent settling during operation. This reduces the need to stop and stir manually, helping your crew maintain a more consistent workflow while striping field boundaries, playing lines and practice areas.
The 1.8 GPM low-pressure spray pump is designed specifically for athletic-field marking. The EcoLiner SP performs best with thinned athletic field paint, making it suitable for routine sports-ground preparation. Its straightforward spray system helps keep operation and maintenance manageable for groundskeeping teams.
Use the detachable spray gun to mark stencils, corners and areas that are difficult to reach with the main spray position. The included 12-foot extension hose provides additional reach, while adjustable line widths from 2 to 6 inches support different athletic-field marking requirements.
When striping is complete, remove the paint pail, reseal any unused paint and flush the system with clean water. The machine does not use a hazardous pressurised paint tank, so there is no tank pressure to release before adding paint or cleaning. This simple process helps prepare the striper for its next job.
The large, replaceable foot filter on the intake hose helps catch debris before it reaches the spray system. Newstripe states that cleaning the filter takes less than 30 seconds, helping reduce interruptions and keep routine maintenance simple.
The EcoLiner SP is available with a Briggs & Stratton XR 550 engine or an upgraded Honda GX120 engine. Both options power the machine's friction-drive system and low-pressure spray pump, allowing facilities to choose their preferred engine configuration for recurring field-marking work.
Built with an all-welded steel frame and quality components, the EcoLiner SP is designed for repeated athletic-field maintenance. Its self-propelled drive, practical paint handling and straightforward cleaning process make it a useful addition to school, park and sports-facility equipment fleets.
