All HD Ramps products are backed by a Five-Year Warranty and are guaranteed to be free of defects at time of purchase.

  • Non-Transferability: Warranties are non-transferrable and apply only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty Voidance: The warranty will be considered void if the product is misused, neglected, altered, tampered with or damaged.
  • Product Modifications: HD Ramps reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part at any time without prior notice. If a product is discontinued or modified before a warranty claim is made, HD Ramps will provide a substitute for the defective product or part.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to Sullivan Equipment co within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain products are non-returnable, as are custom items. All returned items must be shipped in their original package and should be clean, unused and undamaged.
