• Product Modifications: HD Ramps reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part at any time without prior notice. If a product is discontinued or modified before a warranty claim is made, HD Ramps will provide a substitute for the defective product or part.
• Limited Liability: HD Ramps shall not be held liable for any damages that arise from the use of our products, including and not limited to property damage, loss of value of the product or loss of use of the product.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to Sullivan Equipment co within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain products are non-returnable, as are custom items. All returned items must be shipped in their original package and should be clean, unused and undamaged.
