For the Original Purchaser: All YOZMA electric bicycles are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship (excluding all wear and tear items), commencing from the date the Original Purchaser takes delivery of the bike from the authorized dealer.

For Subsequent Owners: This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the e-bike. To enjoy the remaining warranty coverage, the subsequent owner must provide the Original Purchaser's proof of purchase (e.g., dealer invoice). The total warranty period shall not exceed one (1) year from the original delivery date.

Frame: YOZMA e-bike frames are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original delivery. A defective frame will be replaced with a new one. Labor charges for frame replacement are not covered. YOZMA reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty.

Battery: YOZMA batteries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. During this period, a defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery is based on the original purchase date. YOZMA shall assess the defective battery at its sole discretion.

Parts & Components: Original YOZMA parts and components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. (The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of warranty replacement parts.)
