This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
WARRANTY CLAIM NOTIFICATION:
Product defects should be reported to the Sullivan Equipment Co dealer from whom the product was purchased or directly to Sullivan Equipment Co in writing promptly after discovery. Preferably, photographs showing the defect should also be provided along with a written report of the circumstances involved. Warranty claims not made within 30 days after discovery of the defect shall be null and void.
WARRANTY DETERMINATION:
If a warranty claim is found to be valid and made within the warranty period, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to repair the defect, replace the product with the same or current model free of charge, or issue a credit for the reasonable cost of repair or take possession of the equipment and issue reimbursement for its calculated value.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE:
Upon notification, Sullivan Equipment Co will determine if the product needs to be returned for inspection or repair or if the dealer or another entity can be authorized to make the repair at their location, or if other solutions are appropriate. Dealer or other entity repairs must have prior written authorization. Reimbursement will be at the current “Sullivan Equipment Co Warranty Labor Rate” and will not include reimbursement for offsite travel. A Warranty Claim Form must be submitted within 45 days of warranty repair authorization to receive credit for repair.
A return authorization number must be obtained from Sullivan Equipment Co before a product can be returned for inspection and/or warranty, and that number must appear on the return shipping label. Upon inspection, Sullivan Equipment Co will determine if the product is defective and, if so, whether it will be repaired or replaced. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of Sullivan Equipment Co. Transportation charges to Sullivan Equipment Co are not covered under the warranty and must be prepaid by the dealer or customer unless it is within the first two years of warranty. In this case, if evidence acceptable to Sullivan Equipment Co is provided that the product is defective and the return is from within the continental United States or Canada, Sullivan Equipment Co will arrange for return shipment at their expense. Products found to be defective within the initial two-year period and returned to Sullivan Equipment Co for repair or replacement will be returned to the dealer or customer freight prepaid, provided it is within the continental United States or Canada. Products shipped outside the United States or Canada and those under warranty after the initial 2 years will be shipped freight collect. Sullivan Equipment Co’s liability for any and all losses and damages to the purchaser resulting from any cause, including negligence or breach of any form of warranty (express or implied) by Sullivan Equipment Co, alleged damage for defective goods—whether the defects are discoverable or latent—shall, in no event, exceed the purchase price of the particular goods. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Any improper use, including operation after the discovery of defective or worn parts not approved by Sullivan Equipment Co, or any alteration or repair by others that, in Sullivan Equipment Co's judgment, materially and adversely affects the product, will void this warranty.

Turn your forklift into a loader and reach spots that a standard loader can’t. The Star Industries forklift bucket is built for extendable-reach forklifts, making it easy to place material in elevated areas or behind tall walls. The deep, heavy-duty bucket handles tough jobs without trouble.
Quick-Tach Buckets
Quick-Tach buckets connect directly to the end of the boom for a strong and secure fit. Removing the forks and carriage cuts 700 to 1,000 pounds from the machine, which lets the telehandler lift heavier loads.
-
Attaches to the boom with the telehandler’s quick-tach
-
Fits most forklift models
-
Creates a safe, direct connection
Slip-On-Fork Buckets
Designed for standard 48-inch forks, the universal slip-on model works with any extendable-reach forklift. The bucket slides over the forks and locks in place with pins behind the heel. Because the forks and carriage stay on the machine, there’s less risk of damage or misplacement. The deeper bucket design also makes it easier to carry odd-shaped loads.
-
Fits forks up to 7 inches wide, 2.5 inches thick, and 48 inches long
-
Positive locking system keeps the bucket secure
-
Chain and grab hook wrap around the carriage as backup safety
-
Bucket depth is about 51 inches
-
Universal slip-on design
A Bucket Attachment Makes Load Handling Easier
A forklift bucket is one of the most useful tools on a jobsite. It turns your forklift into a loader so you can place materials in tight or elevated spots where other machines can’t reach.
What Is a Forklift Bucket Attachment?
A forklift bucket mounts on the forks to turn the machine into a multi-purpose handler for loose material, bulk goods, and debris. Built from durable steel, it stands up to rough job conditions. Buckets come in several sizes, including high-capacity and tilting versions, and they attach easily to most forklifts.
Quick-Tach and Slip-On Bucket Options
Quick-Tach buckets attach directly to the boom, cutting machine weight so it can lift heavier loads.
Slip-on-fork models work with any extendable-reach forklift with 48-inch forks. They slide on easily and stay secured with lock pins. Their deeper design makes it easier to move awkward or uneven loads.
